The Junior Suite with Ocean View was perfect for relaxation after a long day at the beach, and having a butler attend to our needs made the experience feel luxurious.

The service at some of the restaurants, notably Gondola, was very slow—over an hour from ordering to receiving our food, which was frustrating.

The gym was outstanding, couldn't believe how well-equipped it was, and trust me, I know my way around a good workout. Butler service was on point, my butler Jose made sure I had everything I needed, even left a case of water without me asking, that's some real service people should aim for.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but given what I experienced, I’d say it was still acceptable.

The ambiance was perfect for solo exploration, and I appreciated the cozy Junior Suite with Garden View. Tip, Visit the Gondola restaurant for a warm, inviting atmosphere.

I enjoyed the cozy Junior Suite with Garden View, but the cold showers were disappointing.

Staying at this resort was a refreshing experience! The beautiful pools and beach provided plenty of space for my family and our 5 teenagers to enjoy. We especially loved the kids' club activities that kept everyone entertained and happy during our stay.

In my wife’s opinion, more shade by the pools would be great.

This resort was really something special! The services were top-notch, especially from my butler Jose, who made sure my stay was smooth and even brought me extra water without me having to ask. The beach was beautiful, but what really caught my attention was the amazing live music being played throughout the day, it was like they knew how to make things feel alive!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but given the overall quality, it still felt worth it.

I had a great time! The Unique club buffet had diverse offerings and the gym was top-notch, but the food sometimes came out cold, which was disappointing.

Not too much noise from the hall, so I slept well. Everything felt brand new and fresh, which I appreciated a lot. Really felt like a nice spot to come back to after a busy day at the resort.
